A cycle track to the city centre via a defunct railway track. Three pubs with dining facilities. A superb recreational field complete with football pitch,(does slope a bit though) and apple trees so you can go scrumping! Regular bus service between here, Warrington; Runcorn, Frodsham and Chester city centre.
There is a recently built Tennis Club with ten courts that work well with the local community in sharing the facilities. A well recommended B&B and a Travel Lodge with attached dining pub.
